Patient Portal & Payment Policies

Patient Portal

LeFleur Behavioral Health allows you to access intake documentation, billing information, schedule appointments, and send secure communications through our client portal. After your initial telephone contact, and before you attend your first appointment, you will receive an email with a link to register for access to our online portal. You will be asked to create a username and password which will allow you to access the client portal securely.

Once you complete the registration process, you can navigate through the different menus to review and sign intake documentation, enter demographic information, review payment policies, enter your debit or credit card information for billing, book an appointment, or send a secure email to your therapist or support staff. Secure communications may not be answered within the same day.

Once you are registered, you may access your secure client portal through your email or click on the following button:

Payment Policies

Private pay (i.e., cash-only) clients have a range of options to choose from to render payments. We accept cash and checks directly. Debit or credit card payments can be made through your online client portal account. You will receive access to this account before your first appointment and can enter your payment information at that time.

We use SimplePractice, a third-party proprietary software that uses FDIC-approved encryption to securely store and transmit payment information. You can choose to pay for each service at the time of your appointment, or you can opt to enroll in auto-pay through your client portal. Additional details concerning payment information will be provided with your intake paperwork. We accept insurance payouts from select policy providers, so please call to discuss insurance payment options.

If your policy is not an accepted payer for our practice, we can furnish you with documentation (i.e., superbill) so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier directly.

If you have any questions or need additional information, contact us at LeFleur Behavioral Health. We have convenient offices in both Jackson and Madison. We are happy to discuss any questions and guide you towards a more fulfilling and healthier life.
